About Me

Hi! I’m Mary

Wedding Planner & Coordinator

So Much to Think About. So Little Time. That’s Where I come In.

I planned my wedding on a modest budget. It didn’t mean I wanted to make sacrifices, it meant I needed help to identify where my budget was best spent. Something that wasn’t available back unless I wanted to spend half my budget on it!

I started my wedding planning business three years ago (at the time of writing this) and it went from strength to strength. My company specialises in full planning and extended wedding day coordination (three months) for marquee and dry hire weddings. You can take a look at the business here. If you are looking for full planning support, that will be the place to look.

However, It wasn’t until recently that I realised I had forgotten about one of the reasons I started my business – To help those that need advice but cannot afford or want a wedding planner. So, I looked back over the years and decided to re-instate Your Planning Angel as a business to help those budget conscious couples.

I purchased Your Planning Angel back in April 2018 but merged it with my company. At the time, that made the most sense. However, the time has come to expand and help those that need support and guidance.

Offering basic on-the-day coordination and pay-per-hour advice, there is something for every couple at affordable prices. With most being fixed cost, you can see from the website if it’s for you.

I Work With You To Alleviate Stress And Make The Most Of Your Budget.

Before starting my first business, I worked in finance, project management and business analysis for just over twenty years. This means I not only have the experience and training as a wedding planner, but the understanding of managing a project to time and on budget. I know how to make your budget go further.

So what can I offer?

Fixed Cost On-The-Day Coordination

Eight hours on your wedding day to manage suppliers and ensure the day goes smoothly. Allowing you to relax and remain stress-free.

Great for when you have specific questions or issues. You can have one hour or fifty – the minimum is one hour. To keep costs down, these are done via a call or Zoom (video call) but can be done face-to-face if you prefer.
