Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available. However, all fees due must be paid before any work is carried out.
How do the wedding websites work?
I have two standard templates. You pick the design you are most drawn to, request any alterations you require, let me know your preferred colour choices, then I send an invoice for the standard £200. Once a design is agreed in principle, the final invoice is raised (if applicable) and you provide the information to complete the site (i.e. your details, wedding location, timeline). Your website will then be created and delivered within two weeks.
Who builds and manages your wedding websites?
To keep the costs down, I do it all myself. I have built the websites for all my companies for years. Before starting my own businesses, I have built Intranet sites for a corporate company I worked with. WordPress is my choice of builder with SiteGround as my host and your site will be assigned a SSL certificate so the site is secure.
Are refunds available?
Digital Products – Once a product has been delivered digitally, the right for a refund is removed as the goods are delivered. When the invoice is sent, the terms are sent so make sure you are happy with these before paying. All digital products are delivered to the specified email address so ensure this is correct before submitting your request.
Services – Charges for services rendered are not refunded unless there has been a breach to the contract where I am liable. The contract also clearly states the cancellation terms and what you would be due as a refund in certain circumstances. Please ensure you ask any questions about the contract before signing it.
